Delete Your Account

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in SagaBound:

• Open SagaBound and sign in.
• Go to Profile.
• Select Delete Account and confirm.

This action is permanent and takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and login credentials
• All saves, characters, and gameplay history
• Worlds you created in World Forge and their contents
• Multiplayer sagas you host, and your membership in others
• Uploaded images and other stored files

Any active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion. This data cannot be recovered once deleted.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in (for example, you uninstalled the app), email us and we will delete your account and data on your behalf:

• Email: support@sagabound.com
• Send from the email address on your account, or include your account email or username, using the subject "Delete my account".
• We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days (typically much sooner).

Data we may retain

After deletion we do not keep your personal content. We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security purposes (for example, transaction records), as described in our Privacy Policy. Such records are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.
