Saves, Autosave, and Continuing Your Story
SagaBound autosaves every turn to your account. How multiple playthroughs, continuing on another device, and deleting saves work.
Updated July 2, 2026
SagaBound saves automatically after every turn. There is no manual save button and nothing to remember: your full game state is written to your account in the cloud, and you can continue from any device by signing in.
What a save contains
- The full story so far, every turn of it
- Your character sheet: HP, stats, and level
- Your inventory and money
- Your quest journal and each quest's progress
- NPC relationships and reputation
- The codex of established facts about your world
- The latest scene image
Multiple playthroughs
You can keep more than one adventure going at a time, including several runs of the same world. Each playthrough is its own timeline with its own character, quests, and codex. Start a new run from the world's page, and continue any existing one from the home screen.
Deleting a save
Deleting a save removes that playthrough's story, character, and progress for good, so the app asks you to confirm first. Other playthroughs, including other runs of the same world, are not affected.
